ResurRec Japan: photos of the new plant, presses read as new Pheenix AD12s

Four photos of ResurRec's new Japan plant (October 2026) filed in
docs/finance/resurrec-japan/. Revenue model gets a "ResurRec Japan"
section: what the photos show (visitor window, automatic presses in
aluminium cabinets that Alexander identifies as a new red AD12
generation, ceiling services, air-conditioned room, no plating in view),
what it changes (scaling abroad, Japan export wedge narrows, Classic vs
AD12 evidence, collaboration depends on their metal path) and open
questions. Also notes a directory listing naming an M-Tech Allegro II in
Bangkok against the tour's Newbilt Classic.

Mirrors: Pheenix sections in vendor-landscape, exhibitor questions and
supplier map; pressing-line AD12 paragraph; roadmap item 5; visitor
corridor in crane-workshop-tours; README status and layout.

with press demonstrations (email, 5 October 2026). We will call once our
questions are concrete; Simona and Alexander plan to be back in Europe
in February 2027 ([exhibitor briefing](making-vinyl-europe-2026-exhibitors.md#after-the-show)).
ResurRec, the Bangkok plant, has opened a plant in Japan whose automatic
presses Alexander identifies from photographs as a new AD12: red frames in
aluminium-profile safety cabinets, a touch panel on a swing arm, a carton
marked "PHEENIX AL..." in view (October 2026; evidence and caveats in the
[revenue model](../finance/revenue-model.md#resurrec-japan-october-2026)). Pheenix's site still
shows the AD12 in grey. If confirmed, it is the nearest AD12 install known
to this plan and a reference to ask Pheenix about: install date, what is
new in that generation, and how service and spares reach Asia.
