SSH-based deploy: git pull, npm ci, build, db:push, systemctl restart.
Secrets configured in Gitea repo settings (DEPLOY_HOST, DEPLOY_USER,
DEPLOY_KEY). Includes setup guide in docs/ci-deploy-setup.md.
