Add Proxmox LXC deployment guide
Covers NixOS LXC (recommended, uses the flake module) and Debian/Ubuntu
LXC (traditional setup). Includes PostgreSQL setup, systemd service,
nginx reverse proxy, backup strategies, and update instructions.
