fix: limit Sales Invoice item table to essential columns

The standard layout prints every non-empty child column (Image, Stock
UOM, Discount Amount, Rate of Stock UOM, ...). Whitelist Item,
Description, Quantity, UOM, Rate and Amount via visible_columns.
