The mature plant: the Newbilt Duplex (two HRP 12 presses on one VEX 50 extruder, with an EX 35 for colour effects), two Newbilt Classic automatic presses, the Pheenix Alpha electroforming line and Sibert stamper prep. At 1× everything runs at its real duration: press cycles of 28 s (Classic) and about 30 s (Duplex), 45 to 75 minutes of plating per part, artist approvals in days. Speed up to watch whole days (3600× runs a day in 24 s). Click a station for what happens there, its checks, and where its figures come from; durations without a published source are marked as estimates. Simulated from this repository (equipment/galvanics.md, equipment/pressing-line.md, production-timeline.md, scale.md); nothing here is live.
