The flagship estate as a tile-game view: 14 two-storey houses, 7 m apart, with attached garages and their own gardens, round a natural park on a ring road with a roundabout at each end. The park has places to hang out: table tennis, picnic lawns, a pavilion, a seating circle and (in the larger variants) hammocks, with benches along its loop path and flowering shrubs. The four corner houses (Type C) are larger, with a three-car garage and a private pool in the corner garden. A running and walking trail goes all round the estate in a green belt inside the wall, green lanes between the plots lead to it and to the park, and outdoor fitness stations stand along the trail and the park loop. At the east edge the club with a sports centre (indoor badminton), an enclosed padel hall, a pool and a multi-use court, and the water tower; one staffed main gate where the guard calls the house before a visitor or a delivery comes in, the energy centre with the central battery and the standby generator. No open water: stormwater goes to a tank under the park and a meadow hollow that is dry within a day. GF takes the roofs off the ground floors, garages and halls, 1F shows the bedrooms upstairs, Roof the closed houses with solar on every south slope. Rotate, zoom and tap anything for its figures; the corner button (or F) opens the view full screen.
