The launch plant decided in October 2026: one Newbilt Duplex system (two HRP 12 presses on one VEX 50 extruder, with an EX 35 for colour effects), one Newbilt Classic automatic press, the Pheenix Alpha electroforming line with one PDPU and Sibert stamper prep, on two boiler and two chiller modules. A second Duplex system is a growth option and is not shown. At 1× everything runs at its real duration: press cycles of 28 s (Classic) and about 30 s (Duplex), 45 to 75 minutes of plating per part, artist approvals in days. Speed up to watch whole days (3600× runs a day in 24 s). Click a station for what happens there, its checks, and where its figures come from; durations without a published source are marked as estimates. Simulated from this repository (finance/total-investment.md, equipment/galvanics.md, equipment/pressing-line.md, production-timeline.md, scale.md); nothing here is live.

Lamps: green run · grey idle · amber hold, change or waiting · red alarm. Yellow diamonds are the three artist approval gates, with the number of titles waiting at each. Two shifts, 06:00 to 22:00: presses and operator steps stop at night, plating already in the bath finishes.
